So If you carefully read all the reviews you will get a bad impression. That's not fair this is a discount hotel and remembering that it's a great place with a great price. The owners work hard to update an old hotel. I can see they work hard and have a lot to do. Let's be honest and fair. They certainly are improving, and I appreciate their friendly aditude while rebuilding an old hotel with good bones. Also folks lets be careful just because a group of black or brown skin folks check-in does not make this a gang hotel. My experience was not the Hilton but it was fine.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 — Better than expected for the price For the price I paid, this stay was exceptional, and I’m honestly considering staying again. I’m in the process of moving to Indianapolis for work and to be closer to my boyfriend. His current living situation isn’t ideal, so when I work, we usually stay at whichever budget hotel we can find. After a horrible experience at another hotel the week before, I expected a repeat — but I was pleasantly surprised here. I had read the reviews before booking and was impressed with how different my stay actually was. The room was clean, I saw no bugs, and there were no ashes or odors in the room as others had mentioned. Overall, it was a comfortable and affordable experience. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement: 1. The night-shift front desk clerk had a strange sense of humor that made me a bit uncomfortable (possibly just a misunderstanding). 2. No room cleaning or fresh towels during my two-night stay, even though daily cleaning was advertised. We received only one large towel and one washcloth for two people. 3. Staff could be hard to reach — I often had to raise my voice to get someone’s attention. 4. It took multiple calls to reach the front desk when I left my charger behind; no voicemail option. 5. Room key only worked for one night and had to be reprogrammed. 6. The listing mentioned complimentary breakfast, but none was offered. 7. Parking lot had several potholes and was very dirty. 8. One of the lampshades in the room was broken. 9. No top blanket provided on the bed. 10. The hallways and entrance smelled strongly of cigarettes and weed. 11. The building feels a little run-down and could use some updates. 12. The area isn’t the best, but that’s expected for the price range. Positives: The room was clean upon arrival. Hot water worked well (just had to let it run for a bit). Great value — two nights for a very low price. Surprisingly quiet overall (sirens outside occasionally, but not the hotel’s fault). Included a microwave and mini-fridge, which was convenient. Housekeeping found and held my lost charger until I could pick it up after work. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable stay and can overlook a few small issues, this place offers solid value for the price.

These room were a dream! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and crisp linens. I slept soundly every night. The room temperature was perfect, and the blackout curtains ensured a truly dark space. It felt like a true haven for relaxation.

This is a family run hotel , it is somewhat dated in decor , but chadlee at the front desk is very nice and professional, the room was clean , I slept good and I saved money , there 5 convenient restaurants within 1000ft of the hotel , I would recommend to anyone looking to save a few dollars

I think this place is getting bombed with bad reviews by other hotels in the area. I almost passed it up because of the many, many, many bad reviews, but there's nothing wrong with this place at all. No fridge or microwave in the rooms, but everything is clean and undamaged. I dunno, maybe they give different rooms depending on how classy they think you are. Either that or these other reviews are full of it. This place is fine, and a lot cheaper than anything else in the area, don't let the reviews scare you away.

This hotel was convenient and reasonable to me. It was clean but we saw little baby roaches. Also by me and my friend having a load in Indianapolis turned out great for a great night stay bed over night.
